I checked 204 Sydney childcare centres for one thing. One of them
records it when a parent fills in the enquiry form.
Not one in three. One. The other 203 are paying Google for clicks
and guessing at what happens next. I look at what a centre’s ads actually
spend money on, and whether enquiries are being counted at all — then I tell
you what I found, in plain English, on a short video you can watch whenever suits.
What I look for
Enquiries nobody is countingIf a phone call or a filled-in form isn’t recorded, Google never learns
which of your ads brought it. So it can’t favour the one that works, and
neither can you. This is the one almost everybody has.
Money going to the wrong peopleAds showing for suburbs you don’t serve, or for care types you don’t
offer. Every one of those clicks is a parent who was never going to enrol.
A page that’s slow on a phoneEvery parent clicking your ad is on a phone. Google scores that page out
of 100. Of the 292 centres I’ve measured, 111 score under half.
How it works
1
I look first, and ask you for nothingNo account access, no login, no forms. Everything I start from is already
public.
2
You get a short videoA few minutes, specific to your centre, showing what I found on screen rather than
describing it.
3
If it’s useful, fifteen minutesIf it isn’t, keep the video and I won’t chase you.
Who you’re dealing with
I’m Emmanuel Mirzakhanian. I managed Google Ads accounts at an agency before starting
Mirza Media, and fixing measurement — so a business can see what its advertising actually
returns — is the part I kept being handed.
I work with early learning centres in Sydney.
Talk to me
Fifteen minutes, no pitch deck. If you’d rather just email, that works too.
