What I found

What 404 Sydney early learning centres are actually doing with their Google Ads

I have no client logos to show you yet. What I do have is the register, every ad these centres are running, and their own websites — and nobody else has looked at all of it at once.

404licensed centres, 44 suburbs
168confirmed running Google Ads
4,438individual ads read
292websites speed-tested

What is being counted

Count a form submission 1 of 204
Count a phone call 35 of 288
Score under 50 on a phone 111 of 292

One centre in 204 records it when a parent fills in the enquiry form. That is the finding. Most of them do have Google’s code on the site — somebody installed it. It was just never connected to an enquiry, so the thing that brings tours is the one thing Google never hears about.

How I counted

Every figure above is a count of centres where the answer was actually readable, not of centres I looked at. Where a page wouldn’t load, or a form was built in a way I couldn’t trace from outside, that centre is left out of the total rather than assumed to be failing. That is why the denominators differ: 204 for forms, 288 for calls, 292 for speed.

It matters because the alternative flatters the finding. If I counted all 404 and treated everything I couldn’t read as broken, the numbers would look worse and mean less.

What this is not. It is an outside view. I can see that nothing records your enquiries; I can’t see your budget, your cost per enrolment, or what your agency is doing about it. That is what the fifteen minutes is for.

Where does your centre sit?

If you run a centre in Sydney, it is probably already in there.
